NOTE: All the Trailblazers Engineers Scholarship applicants are advised to read the form thoroughly and understand its contents before filling the Application Form. It’s crucial to provide accurate and complete information when applying for scholarships. Misrepresentation or omission of facts could lead to disqualification. If a section doesn’t apply to an applicant, they should indicate this by writing “NOT APPLICABLE”. This ensures that the application is considered complete. Good luck to all the applicants! |
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA & SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
The Applicant must fulfill the following eligibility criteria, to be considered for a Trailblazers Engineers
Scholarship.
For New Students:
- They must have passed the NED University of Engineering & Technology entry test.
- They must be on the Merit list with exceptional academic credentials.
- They must have been issued a NED University student ID card.
For Existing Students:
Your overall GPA should be no less than 3.0 and you should not have a grade lower than a “C “ in any
subject as per your NED transcripts.
SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
(Only documents attested by Gazetted Officers Grade-17 and above will be accepted.) from NED
University ONLY. Applicants should ensure their documents are properly attested to avoid any
complications in the application process.
All supporting documents should be attached as PDF with proper naming convention and uploaded as per following criteria:
- One passport size photograph attested front and back (JPG/JPEG format)
- Attested copy of Pre- Admission Entry Test Admit Card from NED University along with all
your Entry Test Result. - Attested copy of NED University student ID card.
- Attested copy of SSC and HSC Mark sheet for student taking admission in the first year
engineering. - Attested copy of SSC and HSC Certificate from Board of Intermediate Education for student
taking admission in the first year engineering. - Attested copy of your “Progressive Transcript of Academic Record” showing CGPA, if you are
an existing student of NED University from a Professor at NED University. - Attach legible copy of the Bank Receipts of the Fee Paid to NED University for Bachelor of
Engineering Program. - Attested copy of death certificate if parent/parents are deceased.
- Attested copy of the front and back of National ID Cards of Applicant and the
Parents/Guardian. - Attested copy of “B” form for all the dependents.
- Provide detail education receipts if any student is currently studying.
- Parents/Guardian proof of Income from ALL sources, including the following:
- Attested copy of the Salary Letter or Certificate from the current Employer of Parents/Guardian, if employed.
- Affidavit of Yearly Income, if Parents/Guardian self-employed.
- Affidavit of Yearly Income, if Parents/Guardian own a business.
- Attested copy of updated Pension Book of Parents/Guardian, if retired.
- Attested copy of Loan documents.
- Latest bank statement from Father/Mother/Guardian.
- Latest bank statement from the Applicant if working (if Applicable)
It is mandatory for the parents to be present on the day of the interview if living locally in Karachi.
Applicants must bring along all the ORIGINAL academic documents for verification during
your scholarship interview. This is a crucial step to ensure the authenticity of the information
provided in the application.
The Trailblazers Engineers Scholarship Committee reserves the right to personally visit the
residence of the applicant. This is done to further assess the applicant’s eligibility for the
scholarship. It’s part of their thorough evaluation process to ensure that the scholarship is
awarded to the most deserving candidates. Applicants should be prepared for this possibility
and be ready to cooperate with the committee.
